Words can’t explain how exceptional the whole stay was. It was such a magical time on our yoga retreat, being surrounded by beautiful, wild, and untouched nature and forest. From all the activities and unforgettable moments at the lively little husky and reindeer farm, run by local families for generations with deep love and care for their animals, to demonstrations of delicious Finnish cuisine and culture. Our trip to Finland was one of the most beautiful experiences we have ever had. Thanks to Míša and Teemu, the owners, we felt at home from the very first moment. Every day was thoughtfully planned with meaningful activities, while still leaving space to truly enjoy each experience. They showed us the real Finland, the way they live and love it, and that is what we appreciate the most. We enjoyed amazing local food that we still miss even now. Another big highlight was how peaceful and uncrowded the place was. Often it felt like we were completely alone, which made the entire stay even more special and deeply connected to nature. Fishing and fatbike riding were our favorite activities, but honestly everything was fantastic, from huskies and the reindeer farm to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Beyond the activities, we learned so much about Finland, experienced traditional Finnish saunas, spent long evenings talking, and even learned how to make a fire. A huge thank you to Míša and Teemu, for their warmth, care, and authenticity. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I sincerely hope to return to this magical place again one day. 🩵

An absolutely wonderful place in the heart of the Finnish forest. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful nature and perfect silence. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, which created a very warm, family-like feeling during the whole stay. The location is ideal for winter activities such as snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, husky sledding, visiting a reindeer farm, riding fat bikes… One of the most magical moments was watching the Northern Lights directly from the cabin and enjoying quiet evening walks along the perfectly maintained ski trails. The food was excellent, the accommodation cozy, and the views stunning. I spent one of the most beautiful weeks here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique winter experience.

This wasn’t just accommodation, but a complete Nordic adventure. Husky sledding, snowmobiles, fishing on a frozen lake, a reindeer farm, sauna, fatbike, igloo building, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing — every day I faced the dilemma of which experience was the best. The hosts were incredibly kind; I felt more like I was visiting family than staying as a guest. ♥️ Sleeping in the wilderness cabin with a view of the forest was magnificent. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the Northern Lights appeared on the last evening. The cherry on top? More like a whole extra cake.
